If you get caught in a loop where it won’t let you login, clear your browser’s cache.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click this link.
You will be prompted for your Username or E-Mail address. Once you’ve entered that, click on the “Get New Password” button.
The system will now send you a NEW password to the email address associated with your user account.
You must check your email for that password, then come back and login using the new password. If you do not receive the password email within a few minutes please check your spam or junk mail folder.
After that point, you may change the password to something you’ll remember better, by editing your Account Details.
Another common reason for not being able to login is that your membership may have expired. This only applies to Guitar School access. You can renew or upgrade your membership here.
